You can download themes for gtk2, gtk3, icons, plymouth, openbox, conky, etc. on websites like deviantart.com, box-look.org, and gnome-look.org. Google's pretty good to find this stuff too.
To install themes, drop 'em in these folders:
*To fully install a plymouth theme, you must run: sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/share/plymouth/themes/default.plymouth default.plymouth /usr/share/plymouth/themes/YOUR_THEME/YOUR_THEME.plymouth 100

Of course you can always use the built-in graphical programs obconf, gtk-theme-switch2, gtk3-themer, and icon-themer to change themes. The last two may require you to relog to see the change, and if you don't choose one then it sets it to the default (gnome).
